ANNOUNCEMENT

Please note that the National Safe Church Unit has been closed effective 31 December 2024. In 2025 the Uniting Church will transition to a fresh arrangement where our responsibilities under our national commitments to safety will be carried out by the Uniting Church Synods, allowing us to respond to the differing needs and approaches of the states. Please see  the help and inquiries page for Synod contacts. The Uniting Church in Australia remains fully committed to ensuring a national culture of safety and to national collaboration.

If you have concerns about any person currently at risk of abuse or harm relating to the Uniting Church, contact your Uniting Church state office (Synod).

If you have suffered past abuse or harm relating to the Uniting Church, please contact UCA Redress, the national body for the Church responding to and supporting children and vulnerable persons who have experienced abuse.

If you wish to lodge an application for redress under the National Redress Scheme, please go to National Redress Scheme.

For all other inquiries please contact the Uniting Church in Australia Assembly,  at enquiries@nat.uca.org.au
